The local server does not have the orcale database and client installed, nor does it install plsql. So the imp command for cmd is not available.

Install the orcale client download address locally, install and configure path. After installation, you can use the imp command to import the dmp file.

Install instantclient_11_2, download address, and extract ok

Install plsql, download address, decompress and sign in plsqldev.exe directly. The interface is English, and you can change it to Chinese according to the picture below. Configure the orcale path and the oci path.

Import the dmp file using the import table function in plsql.
