Solution one:

Cancel anonymous mode.

Set anonymous_enable to NO in vsftpd.conf

Anonymous_enable=NO

[root@01 ~] # systemctl stop vsftpd.service

[root@01 ~] # systemctl start vsftpd.service

Restart vsftpd and the problem is resolved.
