Repadmin

Usage: repadmin [/ u: {domain\ user}] [/ pw: {password | *}]

[/ retry [:] [:]]

[/ csv]

Use the following command to view help:

/? Displays a series of commands and their descriptions that can be used in repadmin.

/ help and /? The same.

/?: displays a list of available parameters, corresponding syntax, and examples for a specific command.

/ help: same as /?:

/ experthelp displays a series of commands for advanced users only.

/ listhelp display is available for DSA_NAME, DSA_LIST, NCNAME, and OBJ_LIST strings

The syntax variable of the

/ oldhelp shows a series of deprecated commands that are still valid, but Microsoft

They are no longer supported.

Supported commands (use /? For detailed help):

/ kcc forces KCC on the target domain controller to immediately recalculate its inbound replication topology.

/ prp this command allows administrators to view or modify RODC's password replication policy.

/ queue shows the inbound replication requests that DC needs to issue to be consistent with its source replication partner.

/ replicate triggers immediate replication of the specified directory partition from the source DC to the destination domain controller.

/ replsingleobj replicates a single object between any two domain controllers with a common directory partition.

/ replsummary replsummary operation provides a quick and concise overview of the replication status and relative health of the forest.

/ rodcpwdrepl triggers to copy the password of the specified user from the source (hub DC) to one or more read-only DC.

/ showattr displays the properties of the object.

/ showobjmeta displays replication metadata for specified objects stored in Active Directory

Such as attribute ID, version number, original and local update serial number (USN), GUID of the original server

And the date and time stamp.

/ showrepl displays replication when the specified domain controller last tried to inbound to replicate the Active Directory partition

/ showutdvec displays the highest submitted update serial number (USN), where the target DC of the Active Directory

Appears as a submission by itself and its transferable partner.

/ syncall synchronizes the specified domain controller with all replication partners.

Other parameters supported:

/ u: specify the domain and user name {domain\ user} separated by a backslash

The user has permission to perform operations in Active Directory.

UPN login is not supported.

/ pw: specifies the password for the user name entered through the / u parameter.

/ retry when the first attempt to bind repadmin to the target DC fails and returns

This parameter causes it to repeat its binding operation when returning the following error status message:

1722 / 0x6ba: "RPC server is not available"

1753 / 0x6d9: "there are no more endpoints available in the endpoint mapper"

/ csv, together with / showrepl, uses output commas to separate the results of the numeric format.

Note: most commands accept arguments in the order of "target or target DSA_LIST"

Then the "source DSA_NAME" (if needed), and finally the NC or the object DN (if needed).

For Active Directory domain services, this is just the network label of a domain controller

(for example, DNS, NetBios, or IP address).

For Active Directory lightweight Directory Services, this must be AD LDS
