During the system inspection, we found that the backup of the database was not completed normally, and realized that there might be something wrong with the monitoring. Through the database rac management user to check, we found that the vip of rac1 stopped working.

1 use grid user to execute crs_stat-t to check the running status of rac, and it is obvious that ora.rac1.vip shows offline

2 execute the following command (here, enter the corresponding command according to the actual situation, the following is the command to start the vip of rac1)

Srvctl start vip-n rac1

4 reconfirm. If you see the corresponding vip online, it means it is working properly.

Occasionally, the database cannot connect with plsql, and an error is reported that the monitoring has not been started. The troubleshooting steps are the same as above. It can be determined that the scanvip stops working.

Wait about 10 seconds to execute srvctl start scan_listener startup monitoring, and then look at the output status and troubleshoot the problem.
