Hardware requirements and connections:

This scheme only needs one Siemens PLC and one giant control GRM200 module. You can complete the PLC SMS alarm by configuring GRM200.

Connect the PPI communication port of S7-200 to GRM200 directly. Giant control GRM module supports multi-master PPI protocol, on the same communication port, you can also hang the touch screen, do not occupy the communication port alone! The connection diagram is as follows:

The figure above is an example, using PPI multi-master protocol, GRM200 as master station 1, touch screen as master station 0 and PLC as slave station 2. The three baud rates are required to be the same.

The bus can also hang more Siemens PLC, requiring that all Siemens PLC slave addresses are different and the baud rate is the same.

GRM200 software configuration:

This scheme only needs to configure the GRM200 module and can be configured by using USB and GRM200 connection.
