Find these two services (OracleServiceXE, OracleXETNSListener) these two services must be started in order to connect to the database

Run the SQL command line-- > enter conn-- > enter the user name: system-- > enter the password (password)

Method two

Open the cmd command line-- > enter sqlplus-- > enter the user name: user name (system) / password (1234)

Method three

Open Oracle SQL Developer-- > Click the green plus sign-- > enter
