The remote desktop port of the Windows system uses port 3389 by default, but due to system security considerations, we often change the original port 3389 to another port after installing the system.

Change the original remote Desktop service port 3389 to port 6678 as an example, the specific operation process is as follows:

1. Open the registry: run regedit

2. Find: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SYSTEM\ CurrentControlSet\ Control\ Terminal Server\ Wds\ rdpwd\ Tds\ tcp] double-click on the right PortNumber--- > click the decimal-- > change the value to: 6678muri-> Click OK.

3. Then find: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SYSTEM\ CurrentControlSet\ Control\ Terminal Server\ WinStations\ RDP-Tcp] double-click on the right PortNumber--- > click the decimal-- > change the value to: 6678Murray-> Click OK.

4. Create a new text file and copy the following code and save it as a Reflash.bat file

@ echo off

Taskkill / im explorer.exe / f

Ping-n 2 127.0.0.1 > nul

Start c:\ windows\ explorer.exe

5. Run Reflash.bat to refresh the registry. Of course, those who find it troublesome can choose to restart the computer.

In this way, the original remote desktop service port 3389 has been changed to port 6678. After the change, remember to open the newly modified port 6678 in the firewall, and remember to add the port number to connect when you log in remotely!

For example, the original remote desktop is to use 192.168.0.1 directly, but after changing the port number, it should be 192.168.0.1 virtual 6678
