Hongmeng 2.0 Application method

Starting from December 16, we offer developers two ways to try Beta versions for developers:

1) use the remote simulator in HUAWEI DevEco Studio to download DevEco Studio 2.0 Beta3 version on HarmonyOS's official website. (developers whose APP is not on the shelves of Huawei App Store are recommended to use this method first.)

2) use your own OTA upgrade machine for debugging. Click the "I want to sign up" red button at the top of this page to apply. After the registration is approved, you will receive Huawei's official public test invitation email (or SMS). According to the email (or SMS) content guidelines, you can get OTA push. (preferred developers whose APP has been put on the shelves of Huawei App Store).

Note 1: the number of OTA recruits for developers in this Beta is limited and is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Priority is given to the distribution of resources to developers whose APP has been launched by Huawei App Store. Developers who have not been on Huawei App Store can use the remote simulator in HUAWEI DevEco Studio to experience it.

The current system versions that support OTA upgrade are Mate X2, Mate40, Mate40E, Mate40 Pro, Mate40 Pro+, Mate40 RS Porsche Design, P40, P40 Pro, P40 Pro+, Mate 304G, Mate 30 Pro 4G, Mate 305G, Mate 30 Pro 5G, Mate 30 RS Porsche Design, Mate 30e Pro 5G, MatePad Pro, MatePad Pro 5G, Huawei Smart screen S, Huawei Smart screen S Pro. 3. Please truthfully fill in the company name, company email and application-related information to ensure the integrity of the information so as to improve the approval rate. After the application is submitted, please wait patiently for the audit result. The review cycle is about 7-14 working days. There may be differences in the version review cycle of different products, subject to the official emails (or text messages) received.
