As we all know, Office 365 provides cloud-based services, such as Office Online, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and subscribed to users. It provides cloud services to millions of users around the world with reliable and stable services.

SharePoint Online can be used to create collaborative work and information sharing sites within the enterprise, providing users with accessible, secure and collaborative storage. Whenever there is a problem, you can troubleshoot the problem by targeting one user or several users. For a single user, you can continue to study login or connection problems, if several users have problems. Then you need to log in to the Office 365 Administration Center to check if the service is interrupted and other unknown failures that may be caused by Office 365 maintenance.

For SharePoint Online, your users may be affected by exceeding subscription limits, including storage restrictions per user, site, library, and document uploads. Common SharePoint issues include browser support, Active X support, service outages, and access to the Office 365management portal. Although SharePoint supports most popular browsers, such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, IE, Safari, not all browsers support all SharePoint features Depending on the browser you are using, you may encounter other problems, such as Document's digital signature, list and practice synchronization, and the absence of the "copy items" progress bar. Active X is a Microsoft technology that adds functionality to web pages. Some SharePoint functions rely on Active X controls, while Active X controls can only be used in 32-bit versions of IE 10 or 11.

Office 365 SharePoint is an online service provided by Microsoft, so it must always be available to users, so it must be highly available. Although Microsoft describes the responsibilities arising from downtime and their maintenance methods, which are included in their SLA, you will find that the Office SLA portal may also be affected during downtime, and administrators can use the Office 365 administrative portal to check service health, history, and future planned service maintenance.

Many users are accustomed to using file resource management to manage documents. Office 36Microsoft recommends using OneDrive client to synchronize data with Online, so that users can process cloud-based files offline, and OneDrive will automatically synchronize their changes to the cloud. However, some daily users report synchronization failures. Here are some troubleshooting directions and solutions:

A common problem is that OneDrive cannot synchronize a single file larger than 15 GB, and the solution for such large files is to compress them or split them into smaller files if possible.
