Forget your password and edit the my.cnf service profile

Add skip-grant-tables statement to the [mysqld] paragraph to remove the authentication

Update user set password=password ("root") where user='root'

After changing the password, you cannot operate mysql immediately. After exiting, reconnect to mysql.

Solution

Set password = password ("root")

The problem is caused by the expiration of password authorization
