However, the restore list command has changed

2013:

Import-SPWeb http://moss2016-ItemUrl "/ Lists/task"-Path c:\ bak\ task.cmp

Version 2016 cancels the itemurl parameter and restores it directly to the website.

Import-SPWeb http://moss2016-Path c:\ bak\ task.cmp
