In this article, I would like to share with you a little bit about the knowledge of printers. We are used to calling printing devices printers. From a professional point of view, what we can see in reality is that printing devices are called physical printers, and printers are actually logic drivers, also called logical printers.

First of all, we open two virtual machines. The server version is the same as the win10 client (the two win10 clients are also doing the same experiment), configure the IP address, and then test whether the two virtual machines are interconnected. After the configuration, we open the server version desktop.

Let's first create a new user and open the server manager to find the tool

After clicking on the tool, find the computer management and open it.

Then enter the interface and find the user to right mouse in the blank place to appear list and click on the new user.

When choosing to create a user name and password, note that the password must meet the principle of 3 / 4 and at least three different numeric symbol letters. Remember to uncheck the box that the user must change the password the next time they log in.

After the user has created it, we go back to the desktop and open the control panel to find the printing device.

Click enter and select add Printer

Click again to mark the part

Pay attention to the experiment here. We choose the printer manufacturer at random, and we have to choose the corresponding printer program in the actual work.

Here, pay attention to changing the name.

Do not choose sharing for the time being

After following the operation in order, we go back to the desktop to create a new document file and enter the point information text, pay attention to save

Right-click to create a new folder and select print

Open to see what is being printed

Note here that it is correct to display the error description because we are not linked to the physical printer

Now that the local printer has been added, let's add remote shared printing and right-click the printer icon to select printer properties.

We chose to share this printer.

Delete Everuone after clicking Security entry

Go back to another client and open it to run and enter the IP address of the other party.

Create a new user account before entering

Right-click to share the printer to open

The document is also created on the desktop after the link

Right-click and print

Then go back to the previous virtual machine and find the shared printer to see if the print was successful.
