IMP-00013: only a DBA can import a file exported by another DBA

Processing method: Give dba permission to the user of the target environment, or grant imp_full_database permission (general) with some fine granularity.

--View user permissions

SQL> select * from dba_sys_privs where grantee = 'XXX';

SQL> select * from dba_role_privs where grantee ='XXX';

Description: Found user already has dba.

Solution: Check other dba users and find that the default field is YES. Check metalink ID 949279.1, which also gives a solution to similar problems.

IMP user dba permissions are not default.

--changed to default

SQL> alter user XXX default role all;

SQL> select * from dba_role_privs where grantee ='XXX';

Description: dba permission has been defaulted

Import again, no problem encountered.
