FreeIPA is a security information management solution that integrates Linux (Fedora), 389 directory server, MIT Kerberos, NTP, DNS and Dogtag (certificate system). It consists of a web interface and a command line management tool. Set up the FreeIPA client in VM2

Modify the client network card dns address to 192.168.43.138 (server side address), and then restart the network card

Install ipa-client

[root@client ~] # yum-y install ipa-client

Join the client to the domain

# the server will resolve the client hostname to the current IP address by default [root@client ~] # ipa-client-install-- mkhomedir-- enable-dns-updates-- no-ntp-p admin

You can see that the client host has joined the domain.

Then use bpang as a user ssh to log in to the client side to test, enter the password and prompt to change the password, then log in to client normally after changing the password, and automatically create a home directory for bpang users.

Then type sudo-I to switch to a root user, indicating that the configured sudo rules are working properly.
