Solution.

Import data using sqlldr

1) create the configuration file test.ctl

[oracle@slave1 ~] $cat test.ctl

Load data

Infile 'data.txt'

Into table CMCC

Fields terminated by "|"

(id,phone,service_id,time,cmcc_num,cmcc_s)

Explain: data files to be imported by data.txt

Table spaces to be imported by CMCC

Fields terminated by "|" separated by "|"

(id,phone,service_id,time,cmcc_num,cmcc_s) Fields to import tablespaces

2) Import using sqlldr: sqlldr userid=smsanalysis/smsanalysis control=test.ctl log=log

Postscript

Problems encountered:

1) the tablespace name is lowercase and test.ctl is lowercase, which indicates that the tablespace does not exist and is changed to uppercase

2) the field name is lowercase, indicating that the field name does not exist and is changed to uppercase

3) the time field in the table is set to vachar
