At present, the company has 15 senior leaders, 120 ordinary leaders, and 2865 ordinary employees.(1000 in Technology, 350 in Finance, 280 in Personnel, 70 in Legal, 700 in Sales, 300 in Commerce, and 165 in other departments).

The implementation requirements are as follows:

Based on the current AD architecture, design a new email architecture platform to provide a stable and highly available email system, improve efficiency and employee experience; allow the architecture to flexibly expand to meet future needs for increased employees and capacity, or expand new applications, such as instant messaging; and achieve multi-terminal access for email sending and receiving based on ITSoul.cn domain names.(e.g. Outlook, IE, mobile terminal, etc.) Based on employee level planning mailbox size (big leader mailbox 5G, ordinary leader 3G, finance department 2G, technology department, personnel department, legal department, sales department all 1G, remaining deployment 500M) Users can use the web version to open Word, PPT, etc. All users can use POP3

Requirements analysis:

According to the above requirements, in fact, it can be planned into two categories, one is functional requirements, the other is architectural requirements, functional requirements include requirements 3, 4, and 7, and architectural requirements include requirements 1, 2, 5, and 6.

When it comes to architecture design, we only need to understand the architecture requirements, and according to the architecture requirements, we can design the architecture that meets the customer's needs in combination with Microsoft's architecture design tools.
