Looking at the relevant documents, it is found that the free buffer wait wait is generally caused by the buffer is too small, which can be solved by increasing the size of the buffer, if the buffer is large enough.

May be performing a full table scan to adjust the application (query out the relevant sql)

It is also possible that dbwr writes too slowly and can increase the number of processes in dbwr. (change parameter db_write_process)

Or lgwr writes too slowly, causing dbwr to wait, which further leads to free buffer wait waiting.

Add dbwn and set setall
