The reason is that web, php nginx and / var/lib/php/session/ are not the same user

Path: / var/lib/php/session/

The solution is changed to the same user (my nginx user)

Chown nginx:nginx / var/lib/php/session/

Then you can log in and solve the problem perfectly.
