Download Outlook's Addin from the C4C system, and after installation, you will see a new panel in Outlook:

This information also comes from the C4C system:

Messages in outlook can be added directly to C4C's business documents by dragging and dropping.

As shown in the following figure, I drag the email titled "Ticket has been created for you" onto the Opportunity of the outlook C4C panel, notice the mouse shape in the image below, and suggest that the drag-and-drop operation can be completed.

Once the drag and drop is complete, the pop-up prompt "1 item is being synchronized": an item is synchronizing.

After the synchronization is completed, you can see this mail from outlook in the Opportunity of the C4C system:

two。 Create a reservation Appointment for C4C directly in outlook

After maintaining the attributes of the reservation, click Add Reference to select which Account this appointment needs to send to C4C:

Click Add reference when selected:

We can also forward an email to a contact in C4C directly in outlook. Just select the email and select Add Email from the right-click menu:

You can open HTTP trace and Log in the C4C panel of outlook:

By studying the log file, we can find that the interaction between outlook and C4C is accomplished by calling the Web Service provided by C4C. For example, select an Account in outlook

You need to show all the Opportunity related to this Account. This data query is done through the Web service OpportunityByContactPartyQuery_sync of C4C, and the parameter passed in is C4C Account ID 1000861:
