First, create users

Because a user with the same name and password has been created on the DC server with the same permissions as the target shared directory, and the Exchange server is already in the domain, there is no need to create a user

Second, install Windows Server Backup function

Open the server manager and right-click "Features"-"add Features"

Select "Windows Server Backup" and click "next"

Click "install"

Installing

Installation is complete, click "close"

Third, create a backup plan

1. Run Windows Server Backup in the start menu

Click "backup Plan"

Click "next"

Because we only back up all the files of the drive letter where the Exchange is located, select Custom and click next.

Click "option" to select the drive letter where the Exchange is located

Click "Advanced Settings" to select VSS full backup, and click "next"

Specify the backup time and click "next"

Select backup to shared network folder and click next

Prompt that the new backup will overwrite the old backup, click OK

Enter the sharing path and click "next"

Enter the account and password with all permissions of the share path. This account and password must be the same as the previously created domain account password

Check it correctly, click "finish"

After the backup plan has been created, click "close"
