Six prerequisites must be met first to create a domain environment

1. Must be logged in by local administrator

two。 The system version must be the Windows server version

3. Set TCP/IP address

4. Enough disk space

5. At least one partition in NTFS disk format

6. Need the support of DNS

After the system is installed, open Server Manager to find "manage" and click "add role function".

Click next, next, next

Click to add a DNS server

Always the next step, choose to install

After installing DNS, install AD. The steps are the same as above. Click "manage"add role function". Next, pay attention to the screenshot below.

After installation, click AD DS as shown below and click more in the upper right corner to start upgrading the domain environment.

Click [promote this server to domain controller]

Please watch the following steps patiently and carefully, and I will explain some points for attention at the same time.

Here we [add new forest] and then enter the root domain name [baidu.com]

What we need to note here is that the version had better choose the lowest version, because considering the compatibility problems in the actual work, the old version will be compatible with a lot of previous hardware and software, and the low version can be upgraded to a high version, but the high version cannot be downgraded. Restore password should also be noted, it is best to choose the same as the boot password, because you will forget the password when you really need to restore.

All the way to the next step, and finally click install

After installation, the machine will be shut down and restarted automatically.

Open Active Directory users and computers in Server Manager

Click [aidu.com] [Users] and then open the new user by clicking the right mouse button on the right.

To create a user, note that the password must meet the rule of 3 / 4, at least three different characters, numbers, letters, etc., password length

The Server server IP address is configured as [192.168.1.10]. Open the desktop "Network" right-click Properties, click "change Adapter configuration" to open the properties to find the IPv4, click the properties to use the following IP address

Now open another win10 virtual machine and configure the IP address as [192.168.1.20] preferred DNS is configured as [192.168.1.10]

After configuration, use the command prompt to test whether the network is connected (turn off the firewall of the two virtual machines)

When Ping is detected, right-click [this computer] property, and click "change Settings"

Click "change" to enter the domain name previously installed and configured, and click OK to enter the server administrator account.

The computer will be restarted after joining the domain environment

When we log in, we choose the users who have been built in the server to log in to the client.

Login is successful. If you are unable to connect to the domain environment, please check carefully whether the network segment is the same, the IP address is incorrect, the DNS is not configured, all firewalls are turned off, and the system is activated.
