Panasonic updated its Toughbook tablet line with the launch of the Toughbook A3. The new Android tablet is centered on a sturdy body and closely follows the design language of the series.

The Panasonic Toughbook A3 Android tablet features a 10.1-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 19201200 pixels and a peak brightness of 800 nits. Slate has five customizable physical buttons around the border. The volume joystick and power button are also on the side. The graphics tablet comes with two batteries that can be replaced if necessary. There are also built-in stylus, u disk and u disk.

In addition, Toughbook A3 supports IP65 waterproof and dustproof properties, and its durability is certified by MIL-STD-810H. It is equipped with Panasonic Compass Enterprise Management tool Suite. Includes a bar code scanner, a smart card reader or a second USB-A port.

The rugged tablet uses a mid-range Snapdragon 660 chipset, although the price is much lower than in the mid-market. With 4GB RAM, there is 64GB storage space on the processor board, which can be expanded through the microSD slot. On the software side, it can run on the outdated Android 9 operating system. It also supports all major global navigation satellite systems.

The two batteries included with the Toughbook A3 have a single cell capacity of 3200 Ma and can last for 8 hours on a single charge. Panasonic also offers the option to extend the battery to 5500 Ma, which can increase service time to 15 hours.

When it comes to price and availability, the Panasonic Tuguan A3 retails in the UK at 1182 and went on sale in August.
