After using vi / etc/passwd to change the uid of the operating system oracle user this morning, the monitor cannot be started, but sqlplus can enter and startup can start the database. Lsnrctl start Times is wrong.

TNS-12555: TNS:permission denied

TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

TNS-00525: Insufficient privilege for operation

Linux Error: 1: Operation not permitted

After checking and changing oracle uid, the oracle installation directory, oradata and other directories belong to the original uid.

So execute chown-R oracle. / oracle chown-R oracle. / oradata re-assigns the two directories to the oracle user, and then the monitor still fails to start, reporting the same error. Carefully check the log only to find that / var/tmp/.oracl this directory also needs to be changed, chown-R oracle. / var/tmp/.oracl returns to normal
