The VCS node cannot go online. Check the service and find that the VCS High Availability Engine service service is started, and then check the VCS log (C:\ Program Files\ Veritas\ cluster server\ log\ engine_A) as follows. The GAB does not seem to be up, causing the service to fail to start.

Gabconfig-a check whether GAB is normal. No data indicates that GAB is not up. Normal figure is as follows.

Lltconfig-a list llt also has no output, indicating that llt is not started either. If there is an output, the LLT is normal, as shown in the following figure

Solution:

Open Cluster Configuration Wizard, re-reconfig, and bring the offline node online. (note: this operation will stop the cluster, it is recommended to operate when it can be stopped)
