Both are required.

After successful execution, a new PWDorcl.ora file is created in the current directory.

2 modify system password

In the Windows run command, type sqlplus / nolog to start sqlplus without connecting to the database. After entering sqlplus, enter conn / as sysdba,Oracle to verify the account of the current operating system. If you belong to the ora_dba group, you can log in successfully. Execute the following SQL statement to change the password of the system account: alter user system identified by new password
