4. If the target domain name is under the management of the name server, the name server can give reliable resolution results.

5. If the target domain name is not managed by the name server, but in its cache, the name server can give an unreliable resolution result according to its cache

6. If the preferred name server cannot resolve the domain name, the following policy can be adopted: if the local DNS is configured for forwarding, the request will be forwarded to the next higher level of DNS resolution. The superior DNS returns the parsing result to the local DNS, and the local DNS returns it to the client.
