Apple has been slowly transitioning from Intel processors to its own Mac family of chips. At present, most Mac models on sale contain one of the M1 chips-M1, M1 Pro, M1 Max or the new M1 Ultra. As Cupertino's technology giant implements these internal changes, it has also been updating the external construction of some models. For example, iMac has been completely redesigned to introduce a more modern chassis that offers a large number of bright colors. A few months ago, the company introduced a notched display when it overhauled the appearance of some MacBook Pro models. Now-according to a report-Apple is likely to release a 15-inch MacBook Air and a larger entry-level iPad next year.

Based on a report from display supply chain consultant (DSCC) and other details shared by Ross Young and 9to5Mac, Apple may be developing a MacBook Air with a screen size of about 15 inches. The new Mac could be available as early as 2023 and may be redesigned. Previous rumors suggested that Apple could also bring colorful iMac finishes to MacBook Air.

In addition to the 15-inch MacBook Air,Apple, it is possible to develop a larger entry-level iPad next year. The Budget iPad is the only model that has not been overhauled in its product lineup recently. As a result, the company may seek larger screens and thinner borders as well as other design changes. Apple usually updates this model during autumn events, so we may see the rumored product in about a year and a half.
