­earlier this month, Microsoft said it had tested text translation in the SwiftKey input method on Android. This feature is actually very interesting and allows users to convert text into the target language in real time as they type in the text box. While announcing many improvements to these built-in translation functions today, Microsoft said it had begun to make it available to regular users.

­Quick access to Microsoft Translator from the toolbar

­Translation input languages support Adyghe, Nubian (Dongolawi), Dotyali, Gorontalo, Ingush, Kabiye, Mi'kmaq, Newar, Wakhi, Kalmyk & Nubian (Kenzi)

­optimized Arabic (Egypt), S'gaw Karen, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi & Wolof languages

­Beta test users also got an update today

­Translation input language added Spanish (Mexico)

­improve English (Australia), English (Canada), English (UK), English (India), English (USA), Indonesian, Limbaugh, Chinese (simplified), Chinese (Hong Kong), Chinese (Taiwan) and Persian.
