The credit card-sized Palm Phone was originally released only to complement traditional mobile phones, which were extended to run independently six months ago. This tiny Verizon device took months to unlock and can be used on most networks. If you consider bringing this strange little thing to ATT and T-Mobile, it is definitely an ideal choice. It's time to pull the trigger.

This is because the recommended price of $349 for Black Friday and Cyber Monday has been reduced with no strings attached. The 3.3-inch phone is available in gold and titanium Android and Oreo version 8.1 (yes, it still is) and is $100 cheaper than usual until December 6. While the discount doesn't seem big, it's worth remembering that in a market where 5.5-inch or 5.8-inch phones are starting to be seen as "compact" phones, this product is unique.

To be sure, you may find that many common smartphone tasks cannot or even cannot be done on clumsy 62.5g mobile devices. However, Palm Phone can successfully replace smartwatches. Thanks to the excellent Snapdragon 435 SoC, it encapsulates a lot of additional processing power, a lot of 3G memory and 32 gigabytes of internal storage.

The Palm Phone is also equipped with a 12MP back camera, a 8MP selfie, facial recognition (though no fingerprint sensor) and a waterproof and dustproof body made of premium aluminum glass. All in all, if you like small mobile phones, the performance-to-price ratio is still very good, $249. Of course, you can still choose one of Palm's recently announced vacation packages, in which minimalist, Power and Kids packages cost $299, including a variety of accessories, including screen stickers, protective covers and battery cases.
