According to OnSchedule: the target object is checked by invoking the policy through the job of SQLAgent.

Although PBM has the above four execution modes, it can be summed up into two kinds, one is OnSchedule mode based on SQLAgent operation mode, and the other is OnChange mode based on Event mechanism.
