Snapshot is a third-party application based on the fast backup and restore of data generated by the Btrfs file system. It uses Snapshot to protect data from accidental deletions, application crashes, data corruption and data loss caused by viruses.

1.TOS Tencent App Center, find SnapShot and click install

two。 Click the SnapShot icon to open the application

3. Select a folder from the folder list and click to take a snapshot

4. You can also enable snapshot scheduling for shared folders. Select a shared folder and click Settings.

5. Check enable snapshot schedule, set the cycle and frequency of snapshot execution, etc., and click OK.

6. The restore option displays a list of shared folders for all snapshots

7. Select a shared folder, click Snapshot list, select a snapshot file, and click restore

8. The contents of the shared folder are restored to the contents when the snapshot was taken

9. Clone-Select the snapshot to clone from the list of snapshots and click Clone

10. Enter a new name for the snapshot of the clone and click OK

11. You can view and manage cloned shared folders in file management (the contents of the cloned folder are the same as those of the folder you selected when you took a snapshot)

Note: when creating an array, select to create a file system in Btrfs format.
