Caption: all employees of the company can no longer access the public network after lunch, including QQ. As we all know, QQ does not need to be parsed through DNS! All of the company's intranet servers can not be connected, the network connection shows! But the frustrating thing is that there is a little girl whose computer can surf the Internet.

Start troubleshooting 1. Restart the router in the advanced computer room

2. Check that all the existing switches still have abnormal lights.

3. Connect wirelessly with your mobile phone and check where the problem lies

Write in front: the company now accesses the Internet with a dual fixed IP address, and the wireless connection with the mobile phone is obtained through DHCP

Solution process: because the address obtained by the mobile phone does not correspond to the address of the gateway device DHCP at that time, it is assumed that it was originally set to 100Murray 199.

Now the IP address is 129. in theory, it can not be determined that there is something wrong with DHCP, but the crux of the problem is that the address of DNS was set to 202.96.209.5 standby 133. The obtained DNS address is 114.114.114.114. This is very important. Not only did someone in the company privately pull a TP-link router, but also the router was used directly without being set up. Although the people connected to the router are smart enough to connect to the LAN port, this is the real cause of the problem.

It is well known that the default address of TP-link is 192.168.1.1 and the address of the company's internal gateway is 1.1 (previous problems, cannot be changed), so the router used for surfing the Internet in our computer room was directly swallowed by this private router. If you had put it directly into the WAN port at that time, at least it would not have affected that everyone in the company could not get online, and the top day was that the devices under the router could not access the Internet.

The problem has been solved! That's it. What I don't understand is that I'm too stupid!
