The cause of the problem:

In the VMware vSphere environment, the backup CTK file produced by the virtual machine backup CTK parameter set by NBU is exclusive, not shared, which will cause the virtual machine RAC can not read CTK normally and cause startup exception. It is recommended that you turn off this parameter and use the RMAN backup of the database itself instead.

Solution:

For ESXi hosts to disable ssh by default, you need to open the SSH connection of ESXi hosts first. Locate the host where the virtual machine is located.

Click the "configuration" tab, select "Security profile", you can see that there is a SSH, click "Properties" in the upper right corner to enter editing.

Select "SSH", click "options", and start SSH

Since this virtual machine is node 1 of the Oracle RAC database, stop node 2 first and do a good backup at the same time. Then remotely log in to the ESXi host where Node 1 is located and locate the folder where the virtual machine is located.

Edit the DJ-PROD-RAC-1.vmx file, find the following 4 lines and change it to the picture, save and exit.

Then perform steps 1-5 for node 2. After completion, start node 1 and node 2 respectively, and the virtual machine returns to normal. Finally, close the SSH connection of the ESXi host to ensure security.

For the database of the ORACLE cluster, you can back up the database itself, and other system-level backups can be backed up through files.
