The rise of working from home has made many of us realize that our Wi-Fi network is terrible. Inevitably, the signal in one room is too weak, or when someone starts Netflix, the whole network slows down. Fortunately, Netgear discounted some routers and extenders in Amazon's one-day sale, making today a good time to upgrade Wi-Fi.

The first is Netgear AX1800, which is designed for 1500 square feet of families and fully supports Wi-Fi 6. Its current price is $74.99, much cheaper than the usual price of $90 to $100. The router is a good choice for small families, especially those priced less than $100, but lacks support for the newer Wi-Fi 6e standard.

Another router for sale is the Nighthawk Pro XR500, which provides faster speeds than the above AX1800 and has a more customizable dashboard. The price is $159.99, and routers usually sell for around $190,200. Although the model is fast on paper, it cannot broadcast the Wi-Fi 6 network, so if you have many other Wi-Fi signals around you (for example, you live in an apartment building), you may experience connectivity problems.

Finally, Netgear sold its Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Range Extender for $89.99, down from the usual $129.99. This is primarily for use with existing Wi-Fi 6 networks, but it can be used with almost any router or network. It is dual-band, not triple-band, so it will be slower than the signal from the main router-but it doesn't matter if your router can't reach an area in the first place.
