Apple announced on Monday that it would comply with the International Trade Commission's ruling and suspend sales of the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2.

Apple also issued a memo saying that out-of-warranty Apple Watch could not be repaired because of the sales ban.

The memo reads: "the product exchange (CRU) program does not apply to the following watches: Apple Watch Series 6 or later, Apple Watch Ultra or later".

Including the Apple Watch Series 6 and newer models, as well as the first-generation Apple Watch Ultra, Apple cannot continue to replace Apple Watch with blood oxygen sensors that are out of warranty.

The above-mentioned Apple Watch users in the United States can still be repaired if they encounter software problems, but if they encounter hardware problems, they will not be able to continue to receive maintenance services after the warranty period expires.
