CTOnews.com, December 20, the latest data released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology show that from January to November this year, China's telecom business revenue grew steadily, and the total amount of telecom business increased rapidly. By the end of November, the total number of 5G base stations reached 3.282 million, accounting for 28.5% of the total number of mobile base stations.

In the first 11 months of this year, China's telecom business revenue totaled 1.5548 trillion yuan, an increase of 6.9 percent over the same period last year, and the total amount of telecom business calculated at the same price last year increased by 16.6 percent over the same period last year.

By the end of November, the total number of mobile phone subscribers of the three major operators had reached 1.726 billion, a net increase of 42.69 million over the end of last year, of which 5G mobile phone subscribers reached 771 million, a net increase of 210.4 million over the end of last year, accounting for 44.7 percent of mobile phone users, an increase of 11.4 percent over the end of last year.

By the end of November, the total number of fixed Internet broadband access users of the three basic telecommunications enterprises had reached 636 million, a net increase of 46.21 million over the end of last year, of which 600 million were fixed Internet broadband access users with 100Mbps and above access rates, accounting for 94.4% of the total users, accounting for 157 million fixed Internet broadband access users with access rates of 1000Mbps and above, a net increase of 64.83 million over the end of last year, accounting for 24.6% of the total users. By the end of November, the number of 10G PON ports with gigabit network service capacity reached 22.72 million, a net increase of 7.496 million over the end of last year.

In the same period, the three basic telecommunications enterprises completed 591.8 billion yuan in mobile data traffic business revenue, an increase of 0.7% over the same period last year, accounting for 38.1% of telecom business revenue, driving an increase of 0.3% in telecom business revenue.

CTOnews.com also found from the data released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that the cumulative mobile Internet traffic in China from January to November reached 272.8 billion GB, an increase of 14.6% over the same period last year.

By the end of November, the number of mobile Internet users had reached 1.51 billion, a net increase of 56.11 million over the end of last year. In November, the average mobile Internet access traffic (DOU) per household reached 17.99GB / household month, an increase of 8.5% over the same period last year, which was higher than that in December last year. 1.81GB / household month.
