[Enmo College] Oracle database release plan change: the next version will be 18

1. RU-Release Updates, which will be released in January, April, July and October, includes security fixes and high-priority non-security fixes, similar to the original CPU

2. RUR-Release Updates Revisions, integrate the last two RU, and release stable, secure and reliable corrections to users.

These changes have been adopted for Oracle 12.2 since July 2017, and the traditional terms "Patchset", "Patchset Update" and "Database Bundle Patch" no longer apply to 12.2 databases.

Time will be added to RU and RUR, the following figure is a new sequence illustration.

Anyway, starting from next year, we will see that the version number of the Oracle database will be 18.1.0,18.1.1, 18.2.2, 18.3.0....
