CTOnews.com December 19 news, foreign maintenance team iFixit recently shared a video, a detailed disassembly of Apple's M3 chip iMac, to explore whether in addition to the chip upgrade, the iMac has also been adjusted in other aspects.

According to the disassembly video, the overall internal design of the M3 iMac is very similar to that of the M1 iMac, with most of the parts concentrated on the "chin" position of the iMac.

The whole disassembly process is not easy, the user needs to disassemble the screen first, and part of the screen is stuck by adhesive and needs to be removed by means of heating.

CTOnews.com according to media reports, iFixit disassembly process also found a lot of screws and stickers on the main logic board, and the display cable is fragile, like the previous generation of products, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antennas are located behind the Apple logo.

The overall internal structure is basically the same, with one major difference: the M1 iMac has two button batteries, while the M3 iMac has only one button battery.
