CTOnews.com December 15 news, ASRock announced today that its Intel 700 series motherboard and AMD AM5 motherboard technology breakthrough, now can support a single 64GB DDR5 memory, four memory slots motherboard full can achieve 256GB large capacity.

ASRock said it is stepping up its pace to enable all its Intel and AMD motherboards to support DDR5 memory for a single 64GB.

ASRock also exposed AMD's upcoming R7 8700G desktop APU, which is equipped with 256GB's DDR5 memory.

As reported by CTOnews.com earlier, MSI also announced that its 4 DIMM motherboard will have up to 256 GB of memory and 2 DIMM motherboard will support up to 128 GB of memory. It is expected that the first batch of DDR5 memory with single 64GB capacity will be released on CES in January next year and will be available in the first quarter of next year.
