In December 2020, an intermediate people's court in Beijing ruled that the bankruptcy reorganization case of Jane Motor Company was accepted. In the course of hearing the case, the court learned that Jane Automobile Company was once the head enterprise of an independent automobile research and development institution in China, and it was also the first company to transform its R & D business to new energy vehicles, and had rich experience in model planning and development. but got into trouble because the parent company's guarantee led to debt default. Considering that Jane Motor Company has the accumulation of intellectual property rights and technology, and the main creditors support the reorganization of the company, which is of great restructuring value and possibility, Beijing No. 1 Intermediate people's Court ruled on the reorganization of Jane Motor Company in November 2022.

The creditor's rights of more than 1300 million yuan of staff and workers are paid off in full in cash; the creditor's rights secured by property within the scope of the reorganization are fully paid off, and the secured creditor's rights that are not within the scope of the reorganization are disposed of at a variable price; ordinary creditor's rights are paid off by stages, "cash settlement + debt-to-equity swap" and other combinations to improve the settlement rate. By the end of November 2023, the restructuring plan of Jane Motor Company has been fully implemented, and the corporate debt crisis has been effectively resolved.

It is understood that Jane Automobile Company was founded in 2004 and is now a vehicle research institute under Hong Kong Wulong Electric vehicle Group. its main business scope includes new energy vehicle design and key parts design, vehicle trial production, and so on. Previously, the main customers were BAIC Group, Dongfeng Group, SAIC Group, Chery Automobile and so on.

On August 29, 2020, Jane Motor Company was ordered to go into bankruptcy proceedings under the Chinese Enterprise bankruptcy Law after a creditor submitted a bankruptcy petition.
