In the end, SAIC GM Wuling decided to introduce Hairou's innovative HaiPik System 1 classic box-to-person solution.

HaiPick System 1 is an order delivery system that has high storage density and meets a variety of operational efficiency requirements. It is composed of hardware and software such as box-type storage robot ACR, HaiStation workstation, shelf, material box, HaiQ intelligent storage management platform, etc., for customers with mixed selection of carton boxes, various material box specifications or customized needs.

When the parts are stored in the warehouse, the HaiQ intelligent storage management platform automatically inputs the name, quantity and date of the parts, realizes the digital management of the parts in the warehouse, makes the inventory information clear at a glance, and practices the principle of "first in, first out".

Hairou ACR is compatible with multi-specification material box and carton selection, which can not only meet the needs of on-site storage of 10000 kinds of small materials, but also meet the needs of introducing new parts into the warehouse in the future. The site uses shelves with a height of 5.5 meters and 13 shelves. The high-density storage makes good use of the vertical space of the warehouse, and the three-dimensional storage increases the storage density by 80%. In addition, the ACR robot and workstation can complete the process of parts export, import, plate and management, reduce the original inventory location and save the warehouse area of 400m2.

Over the past two months, Hairou engineers have actively deployed testing, and more than a dozen ACR have cooperated smoothly at the Wuling Chongqing manufacturing base to achieve accurate storage of 660 boxes of parts per hour. Internal dispatches, visual parts, small parts and other materials in and out of the warehouse logistics operation indicators have been greatly improved to achieve the efficiency goal of supporting the production line 70JPH.
