Liu Xiaoxian, representative of the working Committee of the OpenHarmony project group and vice president of Huawei Terminal BG Software Department, shared the talent and ecological progress of the OpenHarmony community. He pointed out: "at present, more than 220partners have joined OpenHarmony ecological co-construction, and a total of more than 440 software and hardware products have passed the OpenHarmony compatibility test, covering industries such as education, transportation, public safety, smart city and so on. OpenHarmony has become the base of the root community of the next generation smart terminal operating system and the Internet of everything. At the same time, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Huizhou, Beijing, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Nanjing and other places took the lead in introducing policies and measures to support OpenHarmony to promote ecological construction from the supply side and the demand side. In terms of personnel training, OpenHarmony sets up the whole process service of "study, examination, use and retention" for more than 260 universities, and supports the closed loop of talent training through student competition and teacher training, so as to build the ecological talent position of OpenHarmony.

Ren Gelin, chairman of OpenHarmony Project Management Committee PMC, shared the basic design concept, version key features and technical core progress of OpenHarmony, and introduced a series of industry scenario solutions based on OpenHarmony enabling innovation scenarios, smart classrooms, intelligent highway construction and so on. "with the addition of more and more talent, the technology base capability of OpenHarmony has become more and more mature, and now it can support ecological partners to develop complex screen devices, complex large-scale applications and extreme high-performance applications," he said.

Industry and Education join hands to drive the Ecological Prosperity of OpenHarmony

The prosperity of OpenHarmony ecology is inseparable from the continuous supply of talents. In order to promote technological exchanges among high-end talents, the "first Chinese Postgraduate operating system Open Source Innovation Competition", sponsored by the China Society for degree and Postgraduate Education, was also released at the conference, which aims to promote the development of innovative applications of OpenHarmony and further enrich and improve OpenHarmony open source projects.

At the same time, the conference also issued a series of content co-building plans aimed at promoting the deep integration of education and industry, fully demonstrating the new ecology of industry-education coordination in the form of teaching materials, courses and large-scale open online courses (MOOC). In order to help all kinds of developers learn and grow and complete professional advancement, Open Atomic Open Source will work with the working Committee of OpenHarmony Project Group to join hands with a number of partners, including Huawei, Oriental Chuangke, Honghu Wanlian, Huaqiu Electronics, Jiulian Kaihong, Kaihong Zhigu, Runkaihong, Shenkaihong, New World Education, Zhengtong Electronics, etc., to jointly conduct the "OpenHarmony Project Group Talent Certification launch ceremony". It not only provides a broader and clear career development path for community developers, corporate engineers and college students, but also brings a continuous supply of talents to the industry. It is generally believed that in order to train talents in key basic software fields, there is an urgent need for in-depth cooperation between universities and enterprises, deepening the integration of industry and education, and training talents in an organized way.

Shenzhen Kaihong Digital Industry Development Co., Ltd., Jiangsu run Kaihong Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Honghu Wanlian (Jiangsu) Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., Chengmai Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., based on the industrial demand and talent demand, this paper shares the school-running practice of industry-education integration with colleges and universities, and discusses how to effectively connect with the industrial demand in the aspects of subject education and systematic construction of teaching products.
