CTOnews.com, December 13, the fourth Battery Day of Honeycomb Energy was held yesterday afternoon, and Honeycomb Energy released the "Leader Bee 2024" strategy, which covers product leadership strategy, bee speed service strategy and AI intelligent manufacturing strategy.

Based on the product-leading strategy, Honeycomb has launched a "global short knife, comprehensive evolution" strategy for different market segments of BEV, PHEV, commercial vehicles and energy storage, and has launched the world's first iterative upgrade product of short knife and quick charge in the passenger car field, covering 2.2C to 5C full-scene applications.

On this Battery Day, Honeycomb Energy released a number of short-knife quick-charging products, announcing that it has become the first battery company in the world to make 2.2-5C fast-charging based on short-knife specifications. The short-knife fast charging core claims to cover mainstream passenger and commercial vehicles in the market.

Relying on the exclusive design of the hybrid platform created by "Feidui + short knife", Honeycomb Energy has released the "second generation hybrid cell", upgrading the whole series of 62Ah, 90Ah and 117Ah in its PHEV market to 2.2C fast charging, and is known as "accelerating no price increase" while realizing the upgrade of fast charging.

At the same time, Honeycomb further launched three new products for the PHEV market, namely, the world's first super-300KM hybrid short-knife fast charging core, the world's first super-350KM hybrid ternary short-knife fast charging core and the world's first 800V-3C hybrid fast charging core, further meeting the needs of B-class, C-class SUV and MPV hybrid models with 45KWh-65KWh configuration.

In the BEV field, Honeycomb Energy has launched two specifications of LFP short knife fast charging core L400 and L600, with a capacity of 105Ah, 130Ah and 133Ah, respectively, which can achieve a charge rate of up to 4C. According to the plan, the short knife fast charging core based on L600 will cover 3-4C scenarios and Q3 is expected to be mass produced in 2024; the short knife ultra fast charging core based on L400 will cover 4C and higher rate scenarios to meet the mainstream 800V high voltage models in the market. Q4 will be mass produced in 2024.

On the commercial vehicle track, Honeycomb Energy adopts the strategy of merchant sharing and commercial storage sharing, launching the world's first commercial vehicle short knife battery and the world's first commercial vehicle short knife standard box, and based on this commercial vehicle short knife battery core, launch the world's first commercial storage integrated battery package-basalt. This product uses a high-security short knife battery with a higher degree of integration, which claims to reduce the number of parts and components by about 15%, and the cost can be further reduced. At the same time, the needle can not catch fire and smoke, and the intelligent transfer of different electricity can be realized according to the scene. Meet the interchange of mainstream vehicle enterprises and energy storage enterprises in different application scenarios.

At the energy storage track, Honeycomb Energy launched a new iteration of Flying stack short knife energy storage battery based on the safer solution of "Flying stack + short knife", including the same size and upgraded 350Ah short knife energy storage cell and thickened 710Ah short knife energy storage cell, as well as three long-life system energy storage cells with the capacity of 310Ah, 330Ah and 660Ah, and the world's first 6Mwh-20 ruler container.

In the cutting-edge technology layout, Honeycomb Energy released the world's first 350KM + short-knife sodium ion battery and the world's first short-knife energy storage sodium ion battery, which has completed all reliability tests and is known as "outstanding low-temperature performance".

CTOnews.com learned from an official press release that honeycomb energy jelly battery is ushering in a new generation, with the launch of the world's first square semi-solid battery-the second generation jelly battery, which uses the second generation jelly electrolyte technology and integrated composite cathode technology, which has broken through the expansion bottleneck of the high nickel-doped silicon system in the square shell, and has been "significantly improved" compared with liquid ternary in terms of safety and energy density.

In addition, on this battery day, Honeycomb Energy took the lead in proposing the application of artificial intelligence technology in the industry through strategic cooperation with Intel, Siemens, Rockwell, Tsinghua University, Easton, China Telecom, Dr. Octopus and other partners to establish a "Liberation Lithium electrode Intelligence Productivity Alliance" to focus on the application and landing of big data, Big Computing and big models in Lithium Electric Intelligent Manufacturing.

In the R & D side, Honeycomb Energy released the first large model application in the new energy industry, using general large model + lithium electricity professional model for sample generation, intelligent tagging and general development, to better empower lithium battery R & D and production.

On the production side, the Zhihui algorithm, jointly developed by Honeycomb Energy and Tsinghua University, claims to be able to intelligently predict the performance of the electrode, and achieve "world-leading" cell capacity prediction and cell AI intelligent sorting.

The goal of Honeycomb Energy is to increase the overall yield of production line equipment to more than 99%, to improve the human efficiency of production line by 60%, and to increase the OEE of the whole line by more than 80%. Honeycomb Energy will verify the application of AI technology in its own production capacity and then extend it to the whole industry to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.

According to the plan, Honeycomb Energy will use AI-enabled power batteries to produce more than 100 scenarios, which have been applied in 30 + scenarios so far.
