To install the watchOS 10.3 update, developers need to open the Apple Watch application, go to the Software updates section under General in Settings, and then open the watchOS 10 developer beta. You need to have an Apple ID that links to your developer account. After you activate the Beta update, you can download watchOS 10.3 from the same software update section. To install the software, the Apple Watch needs to have at least 50% power and must be placed on the Apple Watch charger.
