CTOnews.com, December 9, Sabrent announced today that the new PCIe 5.0 SSD Rocket 5 Plus will be unveiled at CES 2024, faster than 14GB/s.

Not long ago, the master conglomerate has announced that it will showcase the PS5026-E26 Max14um scheme at CES, which can achieve a continuous sequential read performance of 14.7 GB/s.

As previously reported by CTOnews.com, Groupon first demonstrated the PS5026-E26 Max14um PCIe 5.0 SSD scheme in August this year, which can reach 14.2 GB/s on Z790 motherboard and 14.7 GB/s on X670E motherboard, with random read and write speeds of 1500K and 1600K IOPS, respectively.

The sample was shown in August using Frore Systems's AirJet Mini cooling system, the solid-state active cooling technology, which generates air flow through a miniature diaphragm. Sabrent's new product also seems to use this heat dissipation technology.
