CTOnews.com December 9 news, Microsoft Word team product manager Aleina Wachtel recently posted a blog post, saying to add filter annotations to the web version of Word.

After the user clicks on the Comments panel (also known as the list view), they can see a new filtering function that can more efficiently lock down the comment content that needs to be followed.

Users can filter out @ your comments, valid comments, or resolved comments, and can see all comments, including active comments and resolved comments.

In the annotations pane, users can switch each filtered view to find the information that is most relevant to you based on your workflow.

Users only need to open the Word document containing annotations, and after clicking on the annotations panel, they can see the relevant filtering options.
