CTOnews.com December 8 news, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the "Road Motor vehicle production Enterprises and products announcement" (batch 378), BYD's new pure electric passenger car yuan UP appeared in the declaration list.

BYD revealed this model at the 2023 Guangzhou Auto Show, but there has been no spy picture or configuration information.

CTOnews.com noted that the car has three models, size 4310/1830/1675mm, wheelbase 2620mm, 100mm shorter than yuan PLUS wheelbase, complete quality 1430/1520/1540kg, optional front grid trim, panoramic sky curtain, front and rear trim, door trim, D-pillar trim, and so on.

Yuan UP is equipped with high and low power permanent magnet synchronous motor, the maximum power is 70kW (TZ180XSF), 130kW (TZ200XSW), built-in lithium iron phosphate battery.
