According to reports, the offline "5 t / day hydrogen liquefaction system cold box" It has broken through a number of key technologies in the production of five major liquid hydrogen equipment, such as "liquid nitrogen precooling-hydrogen Claude cycle refrigeration liquefaction process", "large deep low temperature horizontal cold box integration", "large bearing capacity-high reliability hydrogen turbine expander", "continuous high efficiency normal hydrogen conversion heat exchanger", "advanced intelligent control system integrating fault diagnosis-automatic start-stop-variable working condition adaptive control", and so on, forming more than 20 independent intellectual property rights. The independent design integration of core components such as hydrogen turbine expander, control system, catalyst and continuous heat exchanger is realized, which has the characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency, high output, safety and reliability.

The "domestic 5 t / day hydrogen liquefaction system cold box" is expected to be put into production in 2024.
