CTOnews.com, December 7, according to foreign media electrek reports, Tesla has begun to provide American customers with a $120000 (CTOnews.com Note: about 860000 yuan) Cybertruck electric pickup model, which is named Foundation Series.

According to feedback from some netizens on the X platform, Tesla has started to invite the original Cybertruck booking users to replace the order, and the user can upgrade the original order to the Foundation series. The series is limited to 1000 vehicles and starts at more than $120000.

According to reports, the package includes limited edition laser etching badges, advanced accessories, charging equipment with Powershare home backup hardware, all-terrain tyres, FSD autopilot capability, and so on. The power system is expected to be the same as the Cyberbeast three-motor version.

By contrast, the Cyberbeast, originally scheduled for delivery in 2024, starts at $99990 (currently about 717000 yuan).

At present, this version of the model can be delivered in California and Texas, and the service will be extended to more parts of the United States in 2024.

According to previous reports from CTOnews.com, Tesla Cybertruck was delivered to the first batch of car owners on December 1, four years after its debut. According to the order page, the dual-motor and three-motor versions will be available in 2024. In addition, the rear-wheel drive version starts at $60990 (currently about 437000 yuan) and will have to wait until 2025.
