According to Google's official update log description, Chrome 120 stable version mainly fixes 10 security issues, for security reasons, the official website only lists 5 vulnerability information.

The five vulnerabilities listed on the website are all "High" and exist in Media Stream and Capture, Side Panel Search, Autofill and Web Browser UI, including use after free and improper implementation issues.

For users who are still running Android 7.0/7.1, the Chrome 120 stable update for Android cannot be installed and will only stay in Chrome 119. According to Google's October Android release distribution, 2.6% of devices are still running Android Nougat.

Google is rolling out a "new proactive security check" feature on the desktop that runs checks periodically. The bulletin says it "checks browsers for security-related issues" and notifies users of problems discovered during those checks.

There is also a new Security Check page in Settings that returns results and recommendations from the last scan.
